Kimberly Maran

Kimberly Luste Maran is currently an assistant editor for the Adventist Review and Adventist World magazines, and content editor for KidsView. Maran has been working at the Adventist Review for 10 years. Before that she was the managing editor of the Columbia Union Visitor, and part of the union communication team. She is currently on the 2010 convention planning committee for the Associated Church Press (ACP).

Previously, Maran served for two years as print media representative for the Society of Adventist Communicators (SAC), concluding her service with the Nashville convention in 2006. She earned bachelor degrees in English and journalism from Columbia Union College (now Washington Adventist University), and is also a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, with a master’s degree in liberal arts.
