Award of Excellence (formerly Award of Merit)

This award recognizes outstanding communication work for a specific project. Any project can be submitted from any field of communication. In this category there will be finalists and a first place award. Each project will be judged on its quality, relevance and achievement of specified goals.

Submission requirements:
Name of entrant (list team if applicable)
Name of project
Organization Name
Copy of project 
 
Submit a document (no longer than two typed pages) with the following subheadings:
  1. Communication need/opportunity—What need or opportunity did your entry address? How did this need or opportunity affect your organization?
  2. Intended audience(s)—Who is your audience? Describe and specify the factors that influenced how you developed a solution.
  3. Goals/objectives—What measurable outcome(s) did you design the project to reach?
  4. Solution/project summary—What solution did you develop? Summarize the project and the creative approach used to address challenges or barriers.
  5. Measurement/evaluation—How do you know this project was a success? Explain the results and/or notable outcomes.
